I am dropping this note to let you know how delighted we are with M/s. Astrol Engineering.

From the very beginning Astrol engineering were patient and understanding as we asked a lot of questions and quote the replacement of new intercoms for our 4 blocks ( 24 units ) in several different ways.

Astrol finally found a way to make it work for us. As a result, we were able to eliminate other sources from our network and we gained the ability to the lowest cost as needed for a fraction of the on going project . By the way, the intercom brand / equipment’s quality is fantastic.

Astrol service has been outstanding from the beginning. The previous time we installed with other source and encounter numerous problems and eventually we have to give up. What a pain! Imagine our surprise when Astrol staff support person called us two days before delivery of the said equipment to prepare for the setup. Then on the delivery day Astrol support staff were here to train us, Astrol technical staff was here to provide different training, and Astrol IT support person was here to configure everything. The day after delivery, Astrol called just to check in making sure that everything was going well.

Thus far, your ongoing support has been outstanding. Anytime, we have called with an issue, no matter how minor, Astrol staff have been prompt and courteous.
